At Boppy, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with their original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
